Description

LYNX Damascus was created taking into account the tradition of knife construction of the north hunters and is a classic version of the universal knife for every occasion. You can use it for hunting, when cutting out the trophy, it is useful when hiking, working on wood and planing tent stakes. If you plan to go on a picnic, it will be difficult to find a better knife for cooking meat dishes.
To make the use of the knife convenient, we have equipped it with a comfortable leather case with a loop for easy hanging. The great fit of the knife and sheath allows, if necessary, to quickly remove the knife with one hand, no buttons or fasteners are used here
LYNX is a true friend and friend in the hunt.
The blade is made of forged damascus. It is carbon steel that stays sharp for a long time, elastic and reliable. Our knives are forged from over 1000 layers of steel among others SHK15 and HVG. Thanks to this, they have unique utility values. Hardening to 62 HRC allows for long and smooth work without sharpening.
The handle is a birch bark, saturated with oil, warm, providing a nice touch and reliable guidance finished with duralumin.
Care. Damast is not completely stainless steel. After use, the blade should be washed, dried and rubbed with olive oil if not used for a long time. Take care of the knife and he will take care of you.

Forged damasc, pattern welding, is a type of steel resulting from repeated forging of mild steel with low carbon content, with hard steel with high carbon content. The difference in carbon content must be significant for the characteristic pattern to become visible.
Our knives are forged from over 1000 layers of steel (among others SHK15 and HVG), thanks to which they have unique usability. Hardening up to 62 HRC allows for long and smooth work without frequent sharpening.
The hard, high-carbon part is for sharpness, the soft, low-carbon part for flexibility.
Beautiful steel.
